摘要：在一场体育比赛尤其是大型体育比赛中，食品运输安全是一项非常重要的工作，它关系到运动员的饮食健康和状态，甚至影响到体育比赛能否顺利进行，所以体育比赛组织方必须高度重视这项工作。本文从体育比赛中食品运输安全的重要性出发，分析了食品运输安全的各个环节和责任主体，指出了其中可能存在的问题及相应的解决办法，希望能就构建食品运输安全体系给体育比赛组织方以参考。

Construction of Food Logistics Safety System in Sports Events

Abstract：In a sports even, especially in a large sports event, food logistics safety is a very important work, which is related to the health and status of the athletes’diet, and even affects the smooth progress of the sports event. Therefore, the organizers of sports events must attach great importance to this work. Starting from the importance of food logistics safety in sports events, this paper analyzes each link of food logistics safety and the responsible body, points out the possible problems and the corresponding solutions, in the hope of providing a reference for the organizers of sports events on the construction of food logistics safety system.
